NATIONAL GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY
Lots of great information here. If you don't already know about them, you should! This is one organization we strongly recommend joining.

TREASURE MAPS
Check this site out for lots of varied genealogical information and tips. You'll find fun for the whole family here, from how to do grave stone rubbings to recording your family history.

FAMILY PHOTO HISTORIAN
They will take your family photo collections, organize them chronologically or in themes, in photo safe storage and retrieval systems and/or acid free albums.

DAVID'S GENEALOGY PAGE
Now this is one heck of a great page. Not only does the webmaster have a great name, but he lives in Maine as well! There is some very useful information for beginners such as "What is Genealogy" to general genealogy tips. There is also another great section on links to New England Genealogy Sites as well as a super section on Genealogy Links.

SLOVAK & CARPATHO-RUSYN GENEALOGY RESEARCH
Great graphics! Plus, everything you wanted to know about Slovakia including recipes, Slavik music, weather in Slovakia, exchange rates, and even tonight's TV listings.

HERITAGE BOOKS
A leading publisher of books and Cd-ROMS. They have a significant amount of reference materials on history and genealogy. In addition to being a leading publisher, they are leaders in the customer service area.

QUINTIN PUBLICATIONS
They offer books, periodicals, maps and CD-ROMS on almost anything and everything connected to Canadian roots. In fact, if you have any Canadian roots, look no further. If they don't have it, it can't be had.


GENEALOGY'S MOST WANTED
Researchers can post the person they would most like to find. In addition, they have a Bulletin Board / Forum / Chat pages and an adoption query program has just been added.

EUROPEAN FOCUS PHOTOGRAPHY
Jim will travel to Germany, France or almost any place in Europe and photograph the town or village where your ancestors lived. It's almost like being there yourself! Jim is a highly talented photographer and we highly recommend his services.
